National Science Week

National Science Week is Australia's annual celebration of science and technology and thousands of individuals—from students, to scientists to chefs and musicians—get involved, taking part in more than 1000 science events across the nation.

Questacon - The National Science and Technology Centre

Questacon strives to promote greater understanding and awareness of science and technology within the community and is committed to making that experience fun, interactive, and relevant. In order to achieve this mission, Questacon delivers a range of inspirational experiences from two facilities in Canberra. Questacon's programmes and exhibitions are based on hands-on experiences designed to spark an interest in science and technology. Questacon also engage with communities across Australia via outreach programmes, traveling exhibition tours and digital videoconferences to schools, reaching more than 3 million people annually.
