New resource showcasing international partnership opportunities with Australia

The best innovations are born out of collaboration and Australia is looking to build its links internationally to deliver on its vision of an open and entrepreneurial economy.

The Australian government has developed a booklet highlighting Australia’s innovation, science and research credentials to the world. The “Partnering with Australia on Innovation, Science and Research” booklet outlines a range of opportunities for international parties to partner with Australia on innovation, science and research.

The booklet accompanies the Global Innovation Strategy, the key international measure under the National Innovation and Science Agenda. The Strategy fosters and promotes international collaboration, particularly with regards to translating ideas into real world outcomes.

Innovation is rightly recognised as vital to the world’s future prosperity and wellbeing. The Australian government and the nation’s businesses, universities and research institutions are all committed to capitalising on Australia’s innovative capacity – to break new ground and to respond to the challenges facing our country, the region and the world – in collaboration with partners from across the globe.
